Silicon Carbide (SiC) is the #1 MOST important component in the production of alternatively superior solar cells and solar panels.  Cahan Energy is now in the production and manufacturing use of SiC. We are implementing SiC in the manufacturing of solar panels with high energy efficiency and output, crucial for the future suitability of the technolgy.
